8. The permission to use the track

We are writting to you this message because as a A-level midea student we need to pick a track and create a new video for our course work. And the track we have chosen is Perfect by P!nk. We are asking that could we have a permission for maling a music video for this song? We promise we won't get any money from it and it only for our education.
